We offer a range of classes and give different options during the class so you can work at your own level.

SWEAT & SCULPT

Monday    6PM

A varied routine every week involving low impact cardio and resistance to work the whole body.


This class will get your heart rate up and make you sweat.

Lifting Weights

This is a great option if you want to use weights and gym equipment but don't know where to start or if you don't like training on your own in a gym.

MAT PILATES

This class is based on the original exercises developed by Joseph Pilates.


The results of consistently attending this class are

  • Improved flexibility and posture

  • Increased muscle strength and tone particularly of your core, lower back, hips and glutes 

  • Balanced muscular strength on both sides of your body

Yoga Class

A modern twist on yoga for increased flexibility, core strength and stress management.

TOTAL BODY SCULPT


Friday   9.30AM

A total body workout using your own bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands.


You will really feel the burn in your arms, abs, legs and bum. 

Ballet Dancer on Floor

BARRE PILATES

Tuesday   9.30AM 

This class is inspired by elements of ballet and Pilates.


You will perform small movements and hold static positions to strengthen and tone your body, particularly your legs and glutes.

Regular barre classes will improve your posture and balance and give your body a long and toned look.
